"With my family not being big on breastfeeding, I was one of the few that did decide to breastfeed my baby. I’ve always said I wanted to breastfeed my children, and I’m so glad I’ve had the opportunity to do so finally with my first baby. I was able to exclusively breastfeed my baby until he was 6 months and I loved every bit of it. Unfortunately, I had to switch to formula because my supply wasn’t so great. And I tried and tried to get my supply up but it just wasn’t working. The best part of breastfeeding was the bond my son and I established from just breastfeeding. To all new moms, the very beginning of breastfeeding can be rough, it was a little rough for me, getting my baby to latch on correctly but over time, it’ll all get better. But overall, my experience with breastfeeding was great and I plan to breastfeed in the future."
